OBJ and PNO are at very different points of development when looking at their option stories.

OBJ does not need the options conversion money, it has over 5mil in the bank and partners finance testing and evaluation cycles, and awards loyal holders in offering a very cheap option extension into the year 2011, which in all likelihood, will see license deals with partners.
We also suspect that people close to the company are spared to raise large amounts of money to convert options before deals with partners are made public.

PNO on the other hand desperately needs money and hence is still very dependent of the sophs which guarantee survival for the company until revenues from Thermalife and follow up pipeline products change the picture.
As long as revenues have not kicked in yet, sophs will keep getting rewarded.

We therefore have the guarantee that PNO will run with the next ann as sophs, supported by the usual brokers, will push the rally forward.
Let's hope rally will last a little longer than last time and exceeds 20 minutes.

Since the next ann is more a game changer though, as it introduces money flow into the story, I believe that PNO will show more sustainability in its moves...gradually and hopefully progressively.

    Jovann touches a good point.
Sophs will want their freebee options in the money so they can convert and win for the second time, provided they win first on upcoming rally, which seems a done deal.
Why win only once when lucrative developments might provide second win through the same investment?

I therefore expect a run to around 1.8 on news with a pull back to 1.1 to 1.2.
PNO management will provide revenue news ( and probably some outlook information for follow up products which shoudl excite market ) before options expiry so that sophs will cash in once more.

After that procedure, PNO might be ready to stand on its on legs and move forward to their real cash cow which is Tripeptofen.

I still expect some of OBJ's global connections to play a significant role in this and that would be truly the rerating event we are waiting for.

All brought forward as my very personal opinion.
