I am a holder but I struggle to see why anyone would make a buyout offer until the two fundamental pillars of the business is clarified -
1. Europe strategy since they clearly backed out from previous plan
2. US clinical trial - seem to be extended year after year without any real clarity on when it will REALLY happen
