Some in this post seemed to think so. Thinking it was a cash-cow (excuse the pun) waiting to be harvested by A2M.

Even as a supplement or alternative into the various hospital systems then it would be a very small niche market with small margins already taken up by larger players, why bother. Small margins by the way by the very nature of a low consumption of a supplement or alternative in a hospital environment where cost is a major driver so substantial discounting occurs to get a product into the system unless cross-subsidised or government rebated and if that happened there would be a hue and cry.

For a newborn there is not alot that beats breast milk from the source, even expressed as a second resort and then yes for the small remaining few that can't, not won't, but can't, there is the alternative.
