Should have mentioned, that came out in April, post Glaucus and Frank Wilson departure.
Also, regarding Galderma, when Quintis said no current current members of the board or senior management were aware - that would technically include Frank Wilson wouldn't it? According to the announcement he was required to give 20 weeks notice when he resigned and I haven't seen anything which says he has been released early unless anyone has?
