Had a random thought - what if QIB decides to start a buyback of outstanding shares using available funds or funded by an insto in return for some future sweetener.

If they set price at somewhere north of $1.50 I would guess they would get a immediate positive response.

Would certainly reestablish the market value - oh and cause a major stomach ache for the shorters.
