If Min makes an offer for PLS at 60-65c(around 700mill), even pre DFS I am sure at least 50% of holders will say no.
If they try to buy PLS for 1.3 billion ($1 per share) they might have a chance, but I don't think they will get 90% vote for hostile take over, my vote will be No for anything under $2.20 at least.
