Let's say for arguments sake a hostile take over is attempted at these levels or even lower SP than right now. From what we know and if I were still working for a buy side firm my attempt would be around te 75-85 cent range as I think I could achieve enough shares to make an effective and cheap take over with a view for a further 4 - 6 times return from there over a 5 - 9 year period. I have spoken to some other financial people and we agree on these numbers if we were say going to attempt to make such a take over. But do keep in mind if that was to happen others might appearand perhaps start a bidding war (which means higher offer prices).

So to all and current pop and mom investors (even if you are currently in red), why sell at these levels. Just doesn't make sense at all. I would either HOLD or accumulate to average my price down say if I bought at 60-70 range. I know it's easier said or done if say you bought in at lower levels.

Just remember our fundementals !!! It's worth at current market and economics at least 70-80 cents and that is in a worst case scenario as in a hostile take over scenario !!
