Hostile Takeover Time

Seems as though this Board and CEO are more interested in preserving their own well being to the detriment of shareholders best interests.
Multiply approaches over recent times all rejected with little or no feedback to shareholders in the way of any announcements.
With over 11% under the bonnet SOL now have the option to go HOSTILE.
This latest result has done nothing for the share price, let’s face it the only thing that moved the dial was the offer from SOL and the only thing keeping it from drifting is the possibility of another offer being lobbed at some point.
PPT trades in seemingly very small parcels, so larger volume trades tend to move this stock quite a lot of whipping up or down, these smaller transactions would suit traders that target this stock with short positions.
Let’s see how this settles over the next few days.
Needless to say I’m quite disappointed with the management and board!
