In the advent of a take-over, the major flaw I see there is this replacement of the board.
I look at the current current board/management as one of our major jewels in the Galaxy crown.
If this current management decided, or are forced out of Galaxy, then I would be tempted to jump as well.
Who knows where Galaxy would end up if it were not for our current management.
