Discounted value of cash flows. PLS has used a discount rate of 10% in their PFS which is high considering 10 year bond yields are approx 2.87% in Australia and in US. So the lower you go on the discount rate the higher the value and therefore the stock price. It's up to you to consider what's appropriate and what's not. In current markets I will assume 5% should be a good starting point.
