Hi Tim,

My name isn't Dan, not sure where that came from. But.... while we someone from the company on the forum can you please answer this:

1. Did defender charge the additional $500,000 fee yesterday for failing to meet their requirements per the deed?
2. Why did AOW not think $1,000,000 in fees and $213,000 in reimbursements was material and report this to the market?
3. How much does AOW currently owe defender?
4. Considering the deed required AOW to complete certain things by 23 May, why did the company not wait one extra day and update the market on the potential $5000,000 fee being charged by defender? I don't think this was a coincidence. Very convenient in fact.
