Hi Kingup ... leaving aside the problems that SI's stake presents, there is no way this could be done at a 50% premium. An offer at that level would be laughed at. A serious offer would have to be multiples of current price. Don't have comparables handy but from recollection we would be talking 10X plus if one our of pending trials gets up. Cheers.
