But from a Fund Mangers or large Insto or a Super Funds point of view "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" . If they can get say 9.60 after paying only 2.00 in the cap raising not that long ago that is about 7.60 in the pocket. No risk on if, when the fda approves msb. I used to work for a couple of fund managers. If they can lock in a 380% profit with no more risk they will take it and look for the next deal.
Don't get me wrong I am a very large holder in msb now, and I would love to see this thing go to the moon, but I am just putting it out there to others that money talks and easy money is what funded love.
