My 'ridiculous' comment TR wasn't about your accuracy, which I doubt anyway, it was more that you actually believe that any respecting, western, capitalist government would undertake such action after billions of dollars have been poured in to the region.
After the calamitous damage our current government has already done to our reputation as a safe place to invest, you are dreaming if you think they're going to all of a sudden pull their approvals. Besides, the jury is still out on whether or not the dredging is directly responsible for the damage caused to the GBR.
