    Hi there - No auditors never sign off on forecast numbers. They audit historical financial information. They review the directors report but do not sign off on that document.

    Auditors will review forecasts when reviewing future cashflow forecasts when impairment testing intangible assets.
    (I'm an ex auditor btw)
