Those are two very different conversations
One is a 12 - 36mnths Investment discussion based on Macro trends and Global fundamentals. The other is more of a Technical Analysis / Accumulation / Investor frustration discussion.
The latter tend to be the squeaky wheel on HC and use the macro narrative to try and influence a bias on day to day SP.
