The key word was 'approximately' two weeks ie give or take a week. As a politican he has no motivation to work to specific time frames, especially when delaying helps get more greenie votes. lets all hold hands and pray they dont delay till after a newly called election, proceed to lose the election to the opposition who then decide to kick Lynas out.
