I've been playing around with Volume Profile for a couple of weeks and finding it useful in confirming and highlighting strong S&R levels and highlighting areas of potential congestion or easier price movement. Any other uses you guys have found?

Here's one where Volume Profile made me take a second look as to what's going on.with SYR (not held) - the 2nd most shorted stock on the ASX and has been in a downtrend since Jan 18. Check out the first chart - a weekly from the all time high in June 16. The volume traded at the current level since March is WAY higher than at any other price level since that ATH, and then absolutely no comparison to volumes traded at any other level since the most recent major high in Jan 18.

Next chart is a daily which shows price in a wedge that kicked off with some ultra high volume - is there any other way to look at this other than serious accumulation? And yes shorts have recently spiked down so potential for some excitement to come?!
