    Now I know your pulling my leg on this one. You don't work at the REIV by any chance? :)

    You can't consider people that haven't visited the site for over a year to have an opinion on a post from 2 weeks ago, nor people that just don't visit the property forum or say people that have been on holiday over the last month?

    In a democratic system you can't consider votes that are invalid or not submitted.

    I'll suggest a more accurate figure and assume every actual reader on this post has voted.

    STATS:

    1636 Views

    1636 divide that by 5 views = 327 readers
    I have conservatively averaged down the overall post views to 5 views per person.

    327 Votes
    TD = 74
    Tu = 253

    253 minus 74 = the current 179

    In percentage terms a whopping 78% consider that housing prices will continue their decline. versus 22%

    Now consider for one moment, if you will, that surveys representing a whole country are regularly based on only 1000 respondents.

    Feedback please?
