Even adelaide radio has given up denying this price fall, Quoting the Rei's Mr Nybo's 4% fall for the Spt 11 qtr...a median from 405k down 20k to 385k.... he wished.... my numbers differ by 30-50k but I'll wait for their cheat sheet stats to be published
