what about thison, The sanderlands pub, is for sale, this old country pubs' up for, so i take a 45 minute drive to see it, cos as kids, we had a few good beers in it... I get there, take a few pics with me camera, & holy shit the publican (licencee-who doesnt own the building) rushes out screaming at me to F-off... He sAYS, the owner wants 290k for the bld, and he's got a 5/5x 5 yr lease, and the rent equates to half that!!! He's pissed of big time with this f..kn huge sign out the front of his pub- reckons he's lost 1/3 his trade cos passersby think its shut down...hilarious...ended up havin abeer anyway...
