I v related a few cases over the last 12 months, but I'm afraid the foreclosure, stat like the Irish- experience related on here a little while ago will be repeated in Aus, thats a real issue...as I say..beyong the Bull-Bear stuff...were talking 30 years paying for something you no longe even live in..!!
