Jaguar24, I must say you do make some valid points here. I have been thinking this myself.

On the other side of things, I ask myself. Why would Alan bother with a Earnings call if there was nothing significant to add. Maybe it because he has nothing to loose ... The MS is on the following day so any information would come out then anyway.

The other day on Nasdaq was a bit scary. I must say I considered hitting the sell button at one stage. Then I thought ... This is a crap artical... Full of old news and inaccurate info. Also why would pharmas give Forbes any info. So I held on and was happy to see a close of 3+. The ASX has really held strong on the price (even rise last night), which is great given the Nasdaq price.

The only thing I can think of is that Unilife has agreed the signing date with customer in advance of MS and CC. Let's all hope that is the case!!
