We all know Mr Shortfall is a touch flamboyant. In terms of contract, as I have mentioned before, if it is not countersigned then it is not a contract. Imagine the fuss if he formally signed it during the CC...or better still with SA (or whoever) like Presidents signing a peace deal.
The Pips I call shorters will fire out of the gate like nothing we have seen.
Again, just knowing a contract is imminent does not require an announcement till the deal is inked.
