    Pros.
    Clearly a large stable long-term demand for gas commodity.
    Large Proven Resource already drilled and ready to be transported.
    Pipeline being built to East Coast and export markets.
    Finance sorted.

    Cons.
    Some debt.
    Uncertainty on future exploration and/or expansion of existing resources (NT fracking ban)
    Pipeline transportation costs and route not ideal (long distances)
    Poor public understanding/image/perceptions of natural gas as fuel source in Australian context.
