P123 - be angry and that is a good thing for a trader - be cool if they are part of your system and by angry if you are not following your system and listening to advice on H/c for day trading. Very few can do it and requires incredible discipline and method.

I can tell you that you can day trade adn trade succesfully but you need to put your money somewhere else other than the market until you are right. You need to get the best possible training and also a mentor who is willing to share and listen.

Be angry, don't give up and learn off the best - and there is plenty of material out there.
