Person - what makes you think CK failed? He was banned from HC for other reasons. Look up his posts and take some time with them - his greatest offence was to point out the silly contradictory and/or meaningless remarks on the various day trading threads, plus his propensity to insult those that he thought deserved it. Unfortunately there were too many - he was a disruptive influence in the view of HC and as owners of the site they are entitled to enforce that view. To many others he is a great loss.
You only have to read this thread to conclude that day trading is for the foolhardy.
