I also find myself taking profit to early as well these days. Regarding holding on through that dark times it was really tough. I went from having a portfolio of shares in positive equity to being all the way down to zero and then negative haha. Was a terrible ride. Drawing out of my line of credit and buying and holding when everything was red everyday on the watchlist when i doubled down was hard but i managed to hold out. After i doubled down i kept going further into negative equity until the market eventually turned. Glad i didn't capitualate, would have been a very sad thing.

Definetly learning allot of things about psychology as have to train the mind and filter out our weaknesses or the parts of our personality which negatively influence our trading.
