Not wanting to comment on Ausmex's mining & exploration possibilities at this time I cant get rid of the feeling that Jin Resources [HK ] Ltd will eventually control Ausmex & if that happens it wont be in the best interests of the small shareholders. The announcement on the 10/06/20, has brought me to that conclusion.
"THE UPKEEP OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE ROAD BETWEEN GUIDED ROAD & MT. FRIEDA WILL BE SHARED BETWEEN AUSMEX & JIN RESOURCES."
"ADDITIONALLY , JIN RESOURCES HAVE OFFERED TO SHARE SOME OF THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER AUSMEX INFRASTRUCTURE, INCLUDING OUR 3 ACRE HOLDING YARD,CORE FARMS,GEOLOGICAL FACILITIES, INCLUDING CORE CUTTING, MOTOR VEHICLES & EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENT ECT.
ONCE IMPLEMENTED, REDUCES THE HOLDING COSTS SUBSTANTIALLY."
All this just 5 days after the most unexplained & unusual departure of the managing director & senior directors. It doesn't seem to pass the pub test.
