    those that do corrupt business only get so far

    admittedly it can be a long way sometimes but the chickens always come home to roost

    AVQ has other interests and SI can stew for a while while some real work gets done elsewhere.

    the tragedy for SI people is that the country could be now benefitting from a lucrative ethically run industry
