Should the Cannon mine deliver coupled with Greenstones $1.92 million windfall the other day provide the financial relief to repay the convertible US$5 million note the renumeration report still needs to be voted against. A message needs to be sent that lifestyle directors will not be tolerated.
Also never ever vote for performance rights, just go have a read of the merger implementation presentation to see that Greenstone CEO and other board members are giving themselves 37,250,000 unearned and unvested performance rights most relating to an un published Mt Thirsty scoping study. The lions share of those rights are in CEO Chris Hansens name and he is coming onto the new board.
