Looks like Kazia is going to plan for the pivotal (registration study - for approval!) they are moving forward straight away there is no need to wait on the completion if the expanded cohort... they can start it ASAP
The existing study and the expanded cohort should also provide an even better result than what we have just seen as some patients receiving 75mg pulled out. So all new patients in the next 20 will be limited to 60 mg/kg meaning it will be better tolerated - should perform even better in results - that’s going to be terrific news here!

The pivotal study is expected to commence in CY2020. While certain data from the current study is required for the pivotal study, it is not necessary for the current study to be fully completed prior to initiation of the pivotal study. Kazia considers that the positive signals seen to date are sufficient for internal decision-making purposes and is therefore accelerating planning for the proposed pivotal study.
