He is right, they have a high measured category because it is easy to achieve that degree of confidence within their valley. From memory most of their resource is in the measured category, the overall resource is otherwise relatively small. The reason is was easy to get a high measured resource is the same reason they are bore only, long skinny channel. Drilling either Lake Mackay or Disappointment, to full depth to achieve the same level of confidence is a mammoth task and is one of the reasons why those projects are starting as trench only (far from being the top reason).
The EPCM approach is what other companies plan to use and sounds the most sensible approach. The only concern (for all companies) is the ability of contractors to execute brine projects but as Shacks says, the contractor is liable..
