Also, another point on independent testing, unless it’s first principle chemistry, independent labatories will seek input from industry experts on how to set up, calibrate and routinely test as an independent laboratory to test to industry requirements - industry leaders set the testing bench mark ie the Gangfengs, LGs, Panasonic’s etc of this world are the experts here, not some person on $x / hour whose business doesn’t rely on the impact of the test results - not to mention all the disclaimers that come from a 3rd party about their liability in terms of interpreting the results.
