AGY, a very competitive Li player and will be second Li producer at early 2018, go check the rest Li companies MC, and PLS one, AGY's under $100m MC is really cheap....
IMO, AGY should be 15c + soon coz 12.5-13c is actually No resistance at all....
AGY is less risky and more advanced Li player so many Instit/house will buy in....
