Its funny you say that Domum because I had this very conversation with a good mate the other day (who is heavily invested in PLS and thinking of buying KDR). I went through a few anns with him and I see two problems with rock lithium - if like PLS and AJM, you’re directly selling to Chinese middle men who do the value adding converting for the battery manufacturers.

ATM they’re prepared to pay you $780 per 6% tonne of lithium - what’s stopping them behaving like cartel and driving the spot prices down which your contracts are partly tied to? They’ve got you cornered. PLS is digging sheet loads out of the ground but what if the price of 6% spodumene tanks?

The other issue is the hard rock producers of lithium hydroxide - the capex for these plants is massive and really the cost per tonne is an estimate at this point - once they get the plants up and running will they be able to produce 100ktpa they say they can at that price per tonne???To me its all theory until proven otherwise.

I could be wrong but when I compare AGY to PLS, AJM and KDR there’s no comparison - at $135m MC the only way is up! 14c is so cheap it’s obscene!
