Karla Bell co-founded Carbonflow, Corp. (Alternate Name CarbonFlow, Inc) in 2006 and serves as its Vice President of Government Affairs. Ms. Bell is a long time pragmatic environmentalist. She is probably best known as the driving force behind developing the Green aspect of the Olympics starting with the first Green Olympic Games in Sydney while working for Greenpeace in the Atmosphere and Energy campaign. She has since been an advisor to both the public and private sector on green infrastructure and emissions trading, and has been a proponent of the need to have transparency and automation to help scale emissions trading markets. She is a Senior Research Fellow at the Royal College of Art in London on Sustainable Development. Ms. Bell holds an undergraduate degree from Macquarie University


Karla Bell & Assocaites with Ekstein & Ekstein Investment hold 8.9% of CEO Shares. Ekstein and Karla are apparently long friends.
Furthermore they also own shares in Cokal.Togther Karla and Ekstein hold combined 0.7% (Karla)+1.8%(Ekstein)in Cokal.

Considering KARLA Bell is an environment consultant her increase vested in CEO give me a GUT Feeling that here she is aware of some info which is CEO is the real deal.
