re: it will take time readers I can tell you from present and past experience with asx surveillance and asic that this will take some time to investigate......
there is a lot of trading info that needs to be analized, questions asked and replies received......
then all of that will be looked at and checked on.....
legal teams on both sides will be jostling for best positions and trying to cover all scenarios....
the longer it goes the potentialy worse it will get for aum
my gut feeling is it is not looking good for aum, directors and shareholders....
