From what Andreas explained in the Q&A part of the webinar, we can blame the bureaucrats for the 12mth delay in the Ukrainian field test...we couldn't secure an export licence due to the requirement EOS guarantee the return of the equipment to either Aus or the US. We risked losing our export licence for all products forever, which would have killed the business. A work around has finally happened, serendipitously at the same time as Congress has finally decided to back Ukraine despite GOP insularity. Seriously, the Australian government not only doesn't buy enough systems from us, it actively discourages Aussie businesses to be global players with red tape.
