How many times have you guys stated that you expect contracts to be signed only to keep pushing back? Ukraine has been nearly a year and a half. Then there's Land 400 and most recently, it's the laser contracts that could be signed in two weeks, two months or sometime next year. To the CEO, sorry that you were ineligible to purchase shares via the SPP, but I trust that you value the 3.2 million shares that were "issued" to you.
