The issue you'll get with a stock like EOS is they wont be able to list every contract they get right away. Imagine flagging to Russia that from X date Ukraine will be using X capability to take out drones. In peace time it's one thing, in an active war it's literally life and death.
I don't know how it works exactly but I'd expect they'd have to release the information after the effect has been seen in battle, if not much later. So I'd anticipate a bit of delay for any 'good news' direct from the company.
