Market will be forced to price this at least when we get funding news.
I.e. if a partner is willing to spend $Xm on purchsing say 49% of the venture held in an SPV (or SPAC), and the venture actually has firm customer commitments and is going ahead, then surely the market will be forced to value EOSs stake at least at $Xm initally.
Given all the hints we have got from the company, EOS ramping up equipment purchases, finalisiing customer commitments, in advanced RFP stage with satellite manufacturers, talking to space rocket companies, talking to the International Space Station, and hiring an A class team of executives, then I would think EOS is confident this will go ahead....
