Not sure if you're confusing Saudi Arabia with UAE... Regardless I don't exactly see how that's relevant to determining whether EOS will definitely be paid the full contract amount which has already been booked as revenue or not. There's not much reason (yet) to expect non-payment but it still remains a probable risk which really should be accounted for.
That being said, the recent news of the AUUKUS alliance isn't a bad thing for EOS as it's got a presence in the US and Australia as well as Europe. With the right events and assuming EOS plays it's cards right and wasn't overhyping it's IP relative to larger competitors it could actually achieve something of positive financial significance this FY
