Magical thinking and desperate hope.
I'm not saying that EOS won't receive the expected payments, but the risk is certainly there to some degree and there is no guarantee that we'll see future contract wins that actually put money in the company account.
Lots of upside if things go well, but lets not fool ourselves there's still plenty of downside if things continue to chug along as is (or worse).
