What you think doesn't matter to me.

I can afford risk and think there's still potential based on fundamentals (will have a better idea whether I'm right or wrong in 1 - 2 weeks time) regarding SpaceLink. However, the last year indicates to me that one ought to think twice before making serious investments here until there is a little more certainty over future finances.

Not to mention there's little room allocated for risk in EOS books. If anything went wrong with EOS current contracts (downgrade, etc) or contracts under final phases before award I suspect EOS would be in serious trouble as I haven't seen management demonstrate an accounting for risk when things don't go as planned. This exact behavior led to an need for the government to basically bail them out by bringing forward a contract so they could continue operations among other things.

For the SP to grow substantially we need to at least see:
* Profitability while maintaining growth
* Multiple or major contract wins
* Ability to take on major contracts without CR

Unfortunately nothing of note with $$$ attached has materialized yet so we're facing a lot of actual risk alongside a potential strong upside.
