The idea that getting called 'CEO' doesn't, or shouldn't, bring responsibilities under the Corporations act is something that warrants your more detailed research. If it is a business card change, and Presidents and CEOs are all the same, what happened to Warwick Holloway who was once CEO EOS Defence Systems (2017) and became President EOS Defence Systems Australia (as per their website today. Makes this 'inaugural CEO' even more absurd.
