It's nothing sinister .... they are just totally pathetic when it comes to selling themselves and keeping the public interested in them. I have seen their share pricing on a continuous slide and the news announcements dormant for weeks on end, while reading a defense article on something they are doing that is quite exciting .... just mind boggling
