Well that explains the reason for having multiple executives for the same functions in the EOS Australia and EOS USA.
"The US does not allow foreign control of a Defence entity delivering defence capability into the US market. There must be a local board and firewall from the remainder of the organization."
As he goes on to say. EOS Defence Systems USA has to operate as essentially a separate organization for the US markets and in the US national interests.
