Corporate Matters$208,000 paid to the CEO for the quarter. I'm assuming that they're referring to Dr. Ben Greene and not the "other" CEO's. Last year, Dr. Ben Greene received a remuneration of $703,00. Assuming we x $208,000 x 4 quarters = $832,000 not including other benefits. 19% increase if based MoM. Not bad for a guy who's continually blamed Covid for everything.

They went to market with a plan, then changed it, then sought a strategic review which may or may not change a single thing and then loosely threw EFA into the mix to access $80m in funding. But that's not enough is it? Those who listened to last years AGM are still awaiting 1. Crystalisation for the EOS shareprice and 2. The promised forthcoming announcement of the number of clients that had signed and committed to to Spacelink.
Subsequent EventsReceived payment of $29.6m from a customer. Their payment and accounting methods have always been brought into question. In fact, Dr. Ben Greene touched on it himself during the FY 2021 webcast when he raised it and made some obtuse comment about accounting methods adopted. You see, because they operate in defence - they can seemingly hide whatever they want under a veil of secrecy and NEVER be brought into question about what they say or do by shareholders. Don't believe me...then ask the tough questions at the AGM and see what kind of response you receive.
LASTLY there's this;
3. On 7 April 2022 the Company completed the acquisition of Kiwi Star Optics (KSO) in New
Zealand. That's it. A one liner from the company. I can't seem to find any info in relation to the cost of the aquisition or what it will mean for the companies future EPS.
And at last years AGM you all voted in favour of the remuneration report; "The latest determination was at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 May 2020, when shareholders approved a maximum aggregate remuneration of $1,000,000 per year
excluding options."
