Crazy stuff. Army wanted Redback but Government got an unsolicited offer from Germany for 10-50 Lynxs at cabinet level which by implication delayed the award?
So the CEO of Rheinmettal called Dutton or Scomo and they scuppered a deal that the Army wanted ie Redback?
And now the Koreans are wading in and said to have offered to buy up to 50 Australian produced Redbacks in order to diversify supply chains...and further orders up to a potential 2000?
Glad Dutton isnt in charge anymore...
